Charity Yoga Mornings
Diane occasionally holds a 3 hour class on a Saturday or Sunday morning to raise money for charity. The class includes chanting, philosophy, asana (posture work), pranayama (breath work), meditation and relaxation. All levels of ability are welcome. This is a lovely way to extend your usual practice of yoga. Students have the opportunity to give more time to focus within and to let go of the usual pressure and stresses of life. Returning home with a clear mind.
All proceeds go to charity. Thank you for all your support so far.
Please pre-book to reserve your place.
Date of Next Event: hopefully soon, let me know if you wish to go on the mailing list.
