British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course

The Foundation Course is suitable for students with 2 years practice that wish to explore other aspects of Yoga that we do not get time to cover in a general class.  It is also a pre-reqisit for BWY Teacher Training. 

We will cover Asana, Pranayama, Concentration, Meditation, The 8 Limbs of Yoga, Mudras, Chakras, History of Yoga, Different Styles of Yoga, Chanting, Sanskrit Terms, Kriya, Restraints and Observances.

The 60 hour course will be on 10 Saturdays over 6 months.  Regret, there will be no course during 2017.
