“I have been attending yoga classes with Di for 7 years and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge of yoga, anatomy and physiology, medical conditions and the philosophy of yoga is extensive. She gives instructions clearly and kindly, always encouraging us to work within our limits, but with the aim of extending ourselves at the same time. I attend a weekly class and regular restorative sessions and always leave Di feeling centred and balanced. With the onset of lockdown Di has provided us all with a choice of weekly classes and a weekly restorative session via Zoom, plus recorded online classes which have proved a real success and meant I’ve been able to keep up my yoga practice under her watchful eye. Di is inspirational and motivational.”
Anne, holistic therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, Kingswood, Surrey

“Di is a very talented teacher who embodies the practice and teachings of Yoga. In either physical or online class scenarios Di teaches with a blend of humour, humility and hard work. Her many years of experience stand her in good stead and she has an ability to command (and get) the best from her students as she encourages them along their own Yoga journeys.” MEB London
