Terms & Conditions

We want everything to be clear and fair, so please take a moment to read through the following before booking.

 

Term Classes

• Term prices are worked out at £13 per week.
• Each week includes one 75-minute class.
• For example, a 6-week term includes 6 x 75-minute classes to be taken in the 6 week period and costs £78.
• Term bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Drop-In Classes

• Drop-in classes are £15 per session and are subject to availability.

Workshops

• Workshop bookings are non-transferable.
• Workshop fees are non-refundable, unless your place can be filled by another participant.

One-to-One & Small Group Sessions

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Retreats

• Retreat deposits are non-refundable.
• Any remaining balance paid for a retreat is non-refundable unless your place can be filled.
• If your place can be filled, a refund will be issued minus a £30 administration fee.
• We strongly recommend taking out personal travel or event insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason.
